What is the difference between Cardio Tennis and Boot Camp?
Cardio: A lot of running and hitting balls typically between two courts. Players are not playing against each other, so level can be flexible. A lot of ball feeding by the tennis pros, not a lot of instruction.
Boot Camp: A combination of cardio tennis, live ball drills (strategy and point play), and doubles/singles play. Your level is more important because there is an element of live balls and play at the end.
What is Stroke of the Week?
Stroke of the Week is your chance to learn something new and / or really improve an aspect of your game. This clinic provides an hour of instruction on a specific stroke each week, such as Topspin Forehand, Topspin Backhand, Slice Backhand, Forehand Volleys, Backhand Volley, Basic Serve, Return of Serve, and Approach Shot.
The teaching pro will break down the stroke piece by piece and will help you find one or two technical items for you to work on to assist your growth and development.
This class is for players with a 2.5 level of play and above
